We the shareholders are heavily diluted around 9.5m new shares in 20 days. this is not the 1st time, it has become the scammer CEOs unique job of earning money in 1.5 years 7 times, 7 reverse split with total sum of 1 for 180k shares. Fcking SCAMMER.

$NIVF For a long while and up till couple weeks ago everyone could not stop pointing out there were only about 500K shares outstanding. But then they did what they have 6 times in less than 1 1/2 years. Dilute, RS then Dilute again. RInse, repeat, etc. Until SEC steps in they will not change.

$NIVF why in any scenario would they only do a 3-1 split with the price around .50? Have you ever ever ever heard of such a thing? They have plenty of shares to be able to do a 5-1 which seems super realistic Why?? Because everything I’ve been saying remains true. Massive news and likely merger is coming and they KNOW it’s all happening very quickly on the heels of split But with 10m shares (now) there is more risk the market won’t react like they want With 3.3m shares when most are tied up, they know news will squeeze this thing so new heights It’s going to be massively bullish in this case.
