$MRP right now it’s trading below its asset book value of $36 and ignoring the fact that those assets are generating $700M in revenue per year. Add those values together and you could get to $74… I’ll be happy when it gets into the $40’s - last year it was $36 with much less revenue. Misunderstood stock - but note that BlackRock owns a large chunk - they get it . Should be a core holding for all.

$MRP we’re financing up to $1.25 billion of a $2.25 billion deal? We should get pretty good land option terms on this one. I expect revenues next year over a billion and free cash flow over $4. Where are the analysts on this deal? They should be boosting targets to over $40 … I guess they need a little more clarity and certainty that the deal closes in q4 but WOW this is big!
