$MAMO 1.33 $! overniter! us stock, dropped 60 percent today on aquisition news, non binding letter of intent to aquire FST. if the aquisition will finally be done, they might give out new shares. these new shares would be locked for 6 months. so, to make it short,
$MAMO dropped 60 percent for a possible dilution of shares in 2 months with those shares locked up then. this sounds totally crazy to me to justify a 60 percent drop. besides
$MAMO never had any dilution so far. might be a great reversal story.
