$LMB Yimbach Holdings’ Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program of up to
$50 million, valid through December 15, 2027. However, this does not mean the company is required to spend the full amount. The company may start, pause, or cancel the repurchase program at any time.
Important points:
As of March 31, 2026, the company had not repurchased any shares under this program.
According to the results as of June 30, 2026, treasury shares remained unchanged at 179,652 shares with a value of approximately
$2.X million. This suggests that no new repurchases were made during the second quarter either.
The company is currently using cash mainly to reduce debt and completed the acquisition of CYMCOR for
$30 million on August 4. This may explain why the buyback has not yet started.
At a share price of
$57, the full
$50 million repurchase program would represent approximately 877,000 shares, or roughly 7% of the company’s current shares .
