$LIF is getting repriced hard after its August 10 Q2 report. Life360 delivered record revenue of
$159.0M, up 38% YoY, with 102.4M monthly active users and 3.2M Paying Circles. The problem is expectations: management kept 2026 revenue guidance at
$650M-
$685M, while the
$667.5M midpoint sits below the
$671.7M FactSet consensus. Around 2:40 p.m. ET, shares were down roughly 26.6% at
$47.46.
My read: this looks less like a broken quarter and more like a valuation reset. The next test is whether the company can deliver the revenue acceleration it says should come in the second half.
