The fund pursues its investment objective by normally investing in a portfolio of approximately 20-30 equity securities. It may invest in equity securities of companies of any size,but will invest primarily in larger,well-established companies across various sectors. The fund may also invest up to 20% of its net assets in foreign securities of companies listed on U.S.exchanges or in the form of depositary receipts. The fund is non-diversified.
