The Dow Jones-UBS Energy Subindex Total ReturnService Mark (the "index") reflects the returns that are potentially available through an unleveraged investment in the futures contracts on energy commodities. The index is currently composed of four energy-related commodities contracts (crude oil, heating oil, natural gas and unleaded gasoline) which are included in the Dow Jones-UBS Commodity Index Total ReturnService Mark.
