$CHUC $ISPR
When investors cite JUUL's
$38B valuation, they're often using it as a proof that the market can place enormous values on nicotine-platform companies. The more difficult question is whether today's regulatory shifts make a future nicotine company more valuable because the pathway is clearer, or less valuable because the market is now more constrained and regulated.
My thesis is that the clarity itself creates value—especially for
$CHUC, who already invested heavily in PMTAs and compliance before the market recognized their importance.
