$FJET Pretty weird went and looked at tape today from options can't see where the 1.294 million share trade shows up but its in total volume and checked no Fig 4 filed today with SEC. Interesting to know if was a short covering.

$FJET's annual report is due with the SEC in 11 days, and they haven't even published a news release to announce a date for the filing. Here's what I think will happen: They will NOT file their 10-K before the deadline. Instead, they will request a 12b-25 extension with the SEC, and a similar extension with the NYSE. I believe it'll be a long time before we get to see that 10-K.
