$FG Had to do some research to figure out why that is the case. They're giving out stock dividends to select shareholders which includes their majority owner, FNF. That means the rest get diluted. How much dilution? Will need to dig even more but that's when you say, "Okay, enough: there is no potential return here" and walk away.
