Cresalta Small and Mid-Cap ETF (CVSM)

The fund is an actively managed ETF that invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of companies whose market capitalizations are within the range of those in the Russell 2500 Index at the time of purchase (such companies hereinafter referred to as “SMID” companies).
