$VICI Huge loan to Great Wolf. Huge loan to The Venetian. I have nothing but confidence that these will be paid back in full. That is why I like this over residential real estate. I don't trust the public paying their rents on time or in full.

$SPG One question for my fellow Simon shareholders. What do you think the main reason is, as to why SPG is one of the only reits out there that can grow their NOI and FFO without issuing new shares? Shares outstanding are always steady, yet FFO continues to grow. Every other reit will issue new shares in order to keep growing. I see rent pricing power as the main reason. $O $VICI $MAC $ADC

$VICI If you're not buying here, when do you intend to buy? Just like with $GLPI , earnings are great, dividend gets nice increases, etc. Sometimes we just have to realize that ALL stocks will be in a buy area every so often and the time is now.
