$UWMC FYI, the sudden change in leader of origination levels is more likely to expand due to zero down being better than one percent down. You might ask why RKT is not following us there. I suspect the loans they make causes loss as we really cannot see how much of their expense relates to making loans. If I am wrong, Mat has latitude of doing retail loans, Rocket already is. If that isn't good enough, our MSR WAC brings all the REFI to the yard (UWMC) because it's much higher.

$UWMC loving this volume. was just talking to a trader who said he never shorts anything with a DTC ratio north of 5 because it's just too easy to get your face ripped off. We're currently at 8.2 which isn't horrible, but definitely setting up for a major move 😁

$uwmc Some people like transparency, clearness. Toward those ends, I will not have Kilwins today as I am putting on weight wherein it is harder to see things in back of me. More important, rate direction, cpi, m2, its coming around. That makes Cash is King less important than OMG this thing has one hell of the market AKA growth. See you at 53 in 5 years.
