$NZDUSD $RIG $XOM $NE Charge double for the rigs. Make these woke twits pay for their actions.
It’s too bad for the smart, hard-working people of New Zealand. But elections have consequences. Do a better job of teaching the youth. It will be tough going forward because the woke college girls have the power. (And their girly men) I can hear these loser pant-wearing bitches crying from all the way over here in America. (We’re fighting dim-witted liberal women here too)
Hold their hand and tell them it’s going to be ok, then give them a Valium and put them in bed. Tell them the must chill out getting tattoos and skull and cross-bone jewelry — It’s time to pay more for utilities and gas. Then, lay the red carpet out for the few conservative women that have held strong, in the face of such absurdity, and tried to lead by experience and common sense. https://oilprice.com/Energy/Natural-Gas/New-Zealand-Seeks-To-Scrap-Exploration-Ban-to-Reverse-Gas-Decline.html

$DO Anyone bought here? I have 200 shares at $12.5. The 11.4% premium seems a bit disappointing to me. The price was already at 15$ last week and they pulled it down before the news. I was convinced this company would return to all time highs (+$17). I'm thinking of selling now and forgetting about it. If we wait for the merger at what price would we get $NE shares? Above $45 would be more profit for DO shareholders than selling our shares now. What do you think? Thank you. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

$NE $DO Oilfield services firm Noble said on Monday it would buy smaller rival Diamond Offshore Drilling in a cash-and-stock deal that would value the transaction at $1.59 billion, the latest in a series of buyouts in a sector undergoing massive consolidation. Shares of Diamond Offshore rose 4.6% before markets opened on Monday. Oil and gas majors who rely on service providers for drilling and formation evaluation, well construction and completion services, are investing record profits to acquire international and offshore drilling inventories amid strong oil prices, boosting prospects for companies like Noble. Industry insiders have also said improving balance sheets and margins could help kick-start dealmaking at a smaller scale in the oilfield services sector. Noble said it would pay $15.52 per Diamond Offshore share, representing a premium of 11.4% to Diamond's closing share price on Friday.

$NE Noble Corp. sees FY24 revenue $2.55B-$2.7B, consensus $2.66B For the full year 2024, Noble is maintaining guidance as follows: Adjusted EBITDA in a range of $925 to $1,025 million, and capital additions in a range of $400 to $440 million. Commenting on Noble's outlook, Robert Eifler, President and Chief Executive Officer of Noble Corporation stated, "Offshore drilling fundamentals, especially for high-spec floaters, remain supportive of a continuing multi-year uptrend in both dayrates and average term duration, while near-term white space for lower-spec units persists as a 2024 headwind. Our outlook for an earnings and cash flow inflection in the second half of this year is well supported by several meaningful contract startups that are on schedule to commence over the next several months. As Noble progresses into this next stage of earnings growth, we will remain committed to returning the significant majority of free cash flow to shareholders via dividends and share repurchases."
