$MPW Short term, it’s the auction. If bids come in MPW does well. It would be Nice if buyers pay up to help pay creditors and even some for equity holders but it’s not critical for MPW. As long as at least one bidder is willing to assume operations and either pay rent or buy the vast majority of our buildings we win. Dip lenders have loaned $225m additional money because they are confident the auction will yield far more than that. Wouldn’t surprise me if MA politicians were grandstanding in part to tilt the scales towards their preferred bidders. Don’t think for a minute MA hospital owners aren’t whispering in their ears.

$MPW meet Kevin opinion is the broad market is selling off because after inflation we got a hawkish fed and they revised up terminal rates which means higher for longer..so essentially fed has been data dependent and now is deviating..but I don’t think the fed will do this for long..prolly trying to reel stock market in a bit and it’s working

$MPW MA is funny. Reminding the court that they require 120 day notice before shutting down. Get in line MA. Those with the money make the rules. You want it open? Supply the money or create a positive, supportive environment for prospective visitors.

$MPW according to my scanners both dark pool and big guys options activity was on the bull side both yesterday and today. However, this is not decisive for me because there are many ways to hide activities for those who want to. Also saw that 150,000 puts have been shut down that were previously open Jan 2025. Anyone have any thoughts on that? I think that correspond to some of the short covering that have been done lately. GL!

$MPW Would expect as part of the package for each hospital under auction, there is a lease that would need to be signed and perhaps an option to buy the MPW hospital now or within a certain time period. The buyer bids based on those conditions.
Will be a lot of speculation from June 24th to July 11th.

$MPW Interesting impact on MPW liquidity issues. What happens if 50% of the Steward hospitals auctioned off include a provision that they get to purchase the building from MPW. MPW could be flush with cash by summers end.
