$GD General Dynamics awarded $202.73M Navy contract General Dynamics was awarded a $202.73M cost-plus-award-fee contract, for DDG 51 Class Planning Yard. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $1.13B. Work will be performed in Bath, Maine, and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2029. FY24 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $5.99M and FY24 other procurement funds in the amount of $7.22M, will be obligated at time of award, of which $5.99M will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1). Naval Sea Systems Command is the contracting activity.

$GD General Dynamics, Marshall Canada awarded two contracts valued at $1.88B General Dynamics has been awarded a contract along with joint venture partner Marshall Canada to provide the Canadian Armed Forces, or CAF, a new fleet of light and heavy logistics vehicles. GDLS and Marshall Canada will deliver more than 1,000 light trucks and approximately 500 heavy trucks with associated equipment, such as armored protection kits, modules, containers and trailers. The Logistics Vehicle Modernization, or LVM, project is being awarded as two contracts: one for vehicle acquisition, valued at $1.1B, and one for in-service support, valued up to $790M over 25 years. Both figures include taxes. General Dynamics Land Systems will be responsible for integration and support services throughout the life of the LVM project and is joined by a team that includes Marshall Canada, Mercedes-Benz, Soframe, and Manac, Inc.

$RCAT $LMT $GD $RTX $BA You would think(based on this interview of Erik Prince, who IMHO is the guy who may understand on the ground hardcore warfare better then any other US Veteran) that Congress, the DOD, and investors would listen. Its shocking that the DOD as well as investors are not majorly focusing on companies like Redcat and blowing them up with R and D money and investment! I am guessing it is coming..... Prince's opinion is rather shocking considering he is basically implying drones are the next step in combat evolution like going from a bow and arrow to a rifle! The MIC better quickly wake up! They need to take all their mega money the DOD and Congress gave them over the years and PONYUP and purchase emerging military specific drone companies like RCAT or they may soon find themselves left behind!
