$LAC I still bullish on the company which so many other companies have done a offering. but big demand for there product like $GM and other auto makers. Lithium Americas has signed an offtake and investment agreement with General Motors Co. for $650 million. I buying shares on this dip which will rebound like $HLF did the same to dip which I bought shares on the dip to $7.13 than rebound after the offering was over.

The headline of this article from last year is super ironic, highlighting the major dilution risk if the DoE loan didn't go through. $LAC anyone else listen in? I know lots are upset with dilution, but I feel like it was a necessary evil to meet the requirements for DOE and GM. Super excited it's fully funded. LAC will be a powerhouse and ready for the next cycle! 🍻
