Kartoon Studios Inc., a content and brand management company, creates, produces, licenses, and broadcasts educational and multimedia animated content for children worldwide. The company offers Shaq's Garage, a children's animated series about the secret adventures; Cocomelon that provides 3D animation videos of traditional nursery rhymes and children's songs; Eggventurers, a preschool animated series; Barbie Productions that provides animated Barbie series; Octonauts, a children's television series based on the children's books; Roblox Rumble, an elimination-style competitive reality series; and Spin Master Productions. It also operates a kartoon channel network and channel frederator network, as well as distributes subscription video on demand services for kids. In addition, the company acts as a licensing agent for Llama Llama, Bee & PuppyCat, and Castlevania. It serves various customers and partners, including broadcasters, consumer products licensees, and online platforms. The company was formerly known as Genius Brands International, Inc. and changed its name to Kartoon Studios Inc. in June 2023. Kartoon Studios Inc. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Beverly Hills, California.

Revenue: Production Services: 27M (100% from WOW Mainframe/Frederator) Think Cocomelon, Barbie, Octonauts, Castlevania, etc Content Distribtution: 12M Source 1: Film/TV Licensing: From all IP's across all platforms, although most income would be your Genius Brands (Shaq's Garage, SLSK, Rainbow Rangers) Source 2: Advertising mainly Ameba/KC App includes AMEBA/KC subscriptions. Media Advisory/Advertising: 4.9M 100% Beacon Licensing/Royalties: 0.5M (Stan Lee Universe, Fred merch, Llama Llama, etc) Expense: Marketing/Sales: 2.6M Weak attempt to advertise our products Direct Operating: 40.4M (100% WOW Mainframe/Fred) General Admin: 35.3M 15M for leases (Computers, Offices, etc) 20M Overhead (Exec salaries, utilities, whatever) Impairments: (writeoffs) 38M

$TOON If you really are upset and believe the stuff y'all are saying about TOON, I have made a list of 5 options that are "guaranteed" to get you money. 1. If you are willing to hold stocks 3 or 4 years, buy stocks with 5% or higher dividends. Even if you lose 15-20% you get it back in cold hard cash via divs. 2. If you are anti options trading (stop loss, calls, puts, etc), buy crypto or FOREX. If you don't like traditional "insurance" for your large positions, then gamble on shit that is way more volatile. 3. If you don't like crypto, google volatile stocks. Gamblers mentality with the "all in", might as well buy and flip, buy and flip volatile stocks. 4. Google "Stocks congressmen are buying", that's right, why not just buy what the "corrupt" politicians are buying. Don't be shocked that when 10 or more congressmen buy an individual stock the value skyrockets consistently. 5. Buy micro cap index funds. They usually outperform Standard and Poor by 3 to 5% Okay Bill OUT...

$TOON I tell ya, I get no respect, I buy 3 thousand shares and they do a reverse split. I buy 3 thousand more and they make a offering. Andy said the normandy invasion was coming, the only thing invaded was my bank account. I called my brokerage to cash out, he offered me a pickle and tuna fish sandwich. Now hear it in Rodney's voice and smile. More important things in life than money. Just remember it could always be worse.

@BadTake @Reality456 Cineverse "crash" to below a dollar (pre-split) was not a result of the 2020 crash or even interest rates. It was the result of bad decisions by the CEO and the fact that the product is just not exciting for investors anymore. Streaming video companies were the range around 8-10 years ago...today it is not a growth story. $TOON is honestly no different and are about as bad from the CEO perspective as well.
