@Justfactsplease LoRa (with lowercase "a") has nothing to do with AI directly. But AI will cause demand for IOT to grow, because AI needs DATA. A LOT of it. And IOT will provide large amounts of data. Not just IOT, but very big part of the data will come from IOT devices. And LoRa has everything with IOT. $SMTC

$SMTC another distinction: Semtech does LoRa -- which is just radio and used for transmitters. This has ZERO to do with AI. Notice the "a" is lowercase? Ai may use LoRA--low rank adaption-- for LLMs and has nothing to do with Semtech or transmitter radio technology. GG tTAI

$SMTC the fact is, you have multiple accounts and fabricate stories to try to make SMTC appear more valuable. Hit the all button for the graph-- SMTC is not doing well. Hit the earnings button and you'll see negative EPS. Cash on hand less than 200 mill. Debt over 1.2 billion. LoRaWAN is open source-- SMTC doesn't get paid every time someone uses it. I've yet to see one article indicating any partnerships referenced below

@Coregem @Justfactsplease oh my.... ok. there are LoraWan devices and there are LoRa chips. e.g. LoraWan is like a laptop computer and LoRa is like Intel chip inside. LoraWan is an open standard and Semtech its founding member. Lora is proprietary, owned by Semtech. LoraWan is a way for data to travel over air, another way is cellular (mobile phones). To make some real use of the AI beyond initial hype, AI must be fed with tons of data. Big, if not major part of the data will come from real world sensors over IOT devices, the vast majority of them being lorawan or cellular. So the world will need many of them. U R welcome! $SMTC

I actually never do this, but I'm going to reach out to finra. This seems like a pump and dump. We already know the entity that is fueling most of the fire. $SMTC it is not one of the top listed companies. You can search for semtech and find it but it's not going to be on the top company list. All you have to do is tap in the link I provided or you can do it on your own, search with Google for top LoRaWAN companies

Additionally, LoRaWAN is open source-- there is zero guarantee of profit from the article mentioned by Alan below. $SMTC may I remind you that every LoraWan device has to have Semtech's LoRa chip inside because they own Lora tech. And oh oh, they are also atrong in cellular IOT with Sierra. And they also have chips for making fast wired connections in data centers, which even save power! Godzillon terabytes of additional data will travel because of AI boom and many will travel over Semtech chips.
