$OSCR Health insurance stocks are typically valued at 1x sales with a 5% EBITDA margin . 0.6x sales with 3% EBITDA margin. Plus a premium for faster growing stocks. Fair value is probably 30-35 range, with premium since it's growing faster and probable major plans to expand territory and offerings. June 7th will be exciting for longs. It can't be underestimated how bad they were getting screwed by CVS/Caremark contract under old management. FYI... Bertolini often had an 8% margin when he was at the helm of Aetna.

@Trader_Johann More downpressure to keep the pot brewing. $OSCR punched $2s to $20 in 1.5 years. CLOV will be on a similar path. Could easily take $10 in that time frame as well. Most peoples averages are around $2-4 for long holders. We're not going to stay down a <$1 for long. Given Q2 ER will be around August/Sept. I'm sure we'll be above $1 by Sept 30, worse case they just file for an extension anyways.
