$GL Fuzzy Panda suffers another MAJOR BLOW on Monday he won't tell you about. Globe is once again Victorious and further Vindicated just this week. No one is reporting this. Key allegations destroyed. Fuzzy and other Short & Distort actors are using a law suit filed by former Globe VP Scott Dening to support their unproven claims. Dening was fired subsequent to Globe paying a 150K settlement to an employee who claimed sexual harassment by Dening. Dening's suit claims wrongful termination & alleges being fired because of reporting Globe to a state regulatory agency. Globe filed for dismissal. On Monday May 13, 2024 Judge Hala Jarbou, Ordered in favor of Globe and dismissed them from the case. In discovery, Dening failed to provide meaningful evidence regarding his claims. He provided information that was incomplete and only supported his allegations and withheld information that would expose his allegations as false.
