$FWRD For those people comparing this company to yellow, forward air took on debt based on there decision to expand where as yellow took on huge debt out of necessity so that they don’t go bankrupt. Give your heads a shake.

$FWRD Omni generated $225 million dollars in 2 months with fwrd that's about $112 million dollars a month on a slow trucking quarter. So it's fair to say they can pull at least $350 million dollars a quarter which is $1.5 billion a year. If management can maximize the synergies with omni we will see a better EBITDA sooner then expected.

$FWRD For folks here talking about bankruptcy, you don't know nothing about Finance. The formula is easy , grow revenue, cut cost and pay down the debt. Omni acquisition was a bad deal and the board and management should be fired and bring new blood to the company. Shawn Stewart is a leader and I believe he will turn around. We have couple bad quarters ahead but market is forward looking. Revenue plus cutting cost will bring back the investors. Long road ahead but the new CEO has over 30 years of experience , he's the right man for the job. The new CEO sees opportunities for value creation and maximizing synergy with Omni.

$FWRD I don't think it helped that the previous CEO's words were practically saying that there was going to be no way to make the company profitable. Still I want to be optimistic.

$FWRD Yellow had less than half the debt and considerably fewer losses than this company but analysts here think this is a great long-term value. Yes, long term, specifically 6 years which, as they point out, is when the debt matures.

$FWRD I should have "bailed out" at $40. Like an out of control airplane in an upside down tail-spin. From 118 on 8/1/23, down through 62 on 1/2/24, spinning through $27 on 4/2, continuing down at $15 ....$7.50 on 6/10?? Someone should wake up the pilot!!

$FWRD Does anyone on this board know when (or if) Foward shareholders will vote on converting the Omni shares to common from preferred? I assume the company will pay dividends on the preferred until that happens. The initial merger indicated it would be after the deal closed but I can not find any info on when this vote will take place.

$FWRD "But this is a company that generates 2b of revenue" have you seen what SAVE generates and what it capitalizes? That argument doesn't work.

$FWRD I used this company. They don’t even have a payment system. You have to call them and give them credit card over the phone to pay. Like it’s 1974.

$FWRD From CC this morning: "We are starting to see the power of the revenue synergies of these assets. Because of our combined capabilities, we were recently awarded a substantial volume of business from a Fortune 500 global technology company. We are finalizing the contract now, and we expect the business to start in June As an example, we recently renewed a contract with one of our top 20 legacy Forward customers that will generate an annualized revenue 4x its historical trends. Additionally, in a tough freight environment, our intermodal team added 13 new logos in the first quarter. All this makes me optimistic about the rest of the year. Another point of strength is our broad and attractive customer base spanning our three distinct commercial channels."
