$CPRI Agree with you 100% @jonso. More recently, courts are not giving deference to the government, and especially when the government can't even define what it is suing to stop. I like TPRs and CPRIs chances here if nothing else than there is no settled definition that is foundational to the lawsuit....and that is even before you get to the merits of the case.

$TPR $CPRI There are people who end up in high places who are overwhelmingly incompetent in terms of actual job performance. It's the "Peter Principle" in action. Lina Khan has lost every litigated case, she will lose this one, too, and she will probably be chastised by the Court for her gross overreach. However, it won't matter to her and she won't learn anything from it because these things don't matter to arrogant people. Her track record in litigated cases shows that she has more power than she can responsibly wield. Time will tell.

$CPRI attorney is jonathon m moses the interesting point is he was attorney for blackknight and ice ended with settlement with ftc im speculating a deal might be here where one of the brands is spun off or sold kate spade ♠️ I like having an attny who has history in settlement with ftc. He's from Harvard educated. Capri hired a good lawyer. 👍

$CPRI so the ftc are saying they can't allow the merger because they will dominate the luxury handbag market. 🤣🤣🤣really. I thought they don't let companies grow to dominate like fuel, energy and supermarkets. Things that people depend on in life. Not luxury handbags 🤣🤣🤣 people don't have to buy the product if its too expensive.

$CPRI Market should be pricing in around 22 or so on deal bust I would guess. This implies market seeing ~38% chance of deal win at 57, vs bust to 22 at 62%. If you think the odds are better, and I do, this is a buy
