$AXON Having learned more, I need to modify my above comment. Not only does an acquisition sometimes cause a stock to drop due to uncertainty, but when the acquisition is made in exchange for stock the result is a dilution of existing shares, and I think we are experiencing that. Otherwise, there would be a vacuum, and we all know nature hates a vacuum. What this does, though, is set us up for more rapid growth as Dedrone deployments become more widespread. Kinda like what the Axon acquisition did for us. This company is brilliant at bringing new products to the forefront and marketing them as an essential element when their existing product line has reached a level of saturation that pretty puts them on their own glide path to continued growth.

$AXON Isner sold 44k shares, and they have assigned 1.9mm shares to JPM for them to sell at market or assign to their own accounts. That explains all the downward pressure since earnings. Lots of selling little buying. Low volume. Hopefully they finish up with this soon and we can start moving up again.

$AXON In my experience, sometimes acquisitions do not gain the confidence of investors until they prove themselves. I personally think Dedrone may fit that reasoning. Remember back in 2007 TASR was moving at $16 bucks a share and they bought AXON. The stock dropped down into the $4 area. And look where we are now. The Dedrone acquisition won’t hurt us anywhere near as badly because there is an established demand for the existing products, but we may feel it temporarily. Just keep your fingers crossed they are able to successfully integrate Dedrone into their portfolio of offerings and create a strong demand.

$AXON reading the call transcript I think this comment dragged the stock down: "While future contracted revenue was down slightly quarter-over-quarter to $7 billion in Q1..." Silly market, all facts are still the same. Who cares about Q1 bookings with a TAM of 75 billion 😔
