@antifapat @Cristi @antifapat @Cristi I love the monthlys ecc-d and Arr-c 20% of my portfolio there. I tried to balance everything out but feb/may/Aug/Nov is a tough month for quarterly payments. Im almost dead even on the other months with just about 4k while the f/m/a/Nov months are at like 2.8k. Ritm I think is only decent pref in those months. I love mitt-b down here and cim-a. I've been swapping out a floating mitt-c for B and floating cim b for A as they crept near par. I feel the floatings will get called so they don't have to pay in the 11% dividends. So I'm locking in a 9.5-10.5% Yield now with some nice capital gain appreciation as the rates stabilize/cut. I also own a good bit of Mfa-b. All 3 companies had decent earnings for Nii so I feel pretty good about em. $Mitt $mfa $cim $ARR

@endorush85 if they mention possibility of a hike....the entire stock market will likely tank probably 2+%. any rate sensitive stock, like $psec $agnc $dx $arr will likely drop 5+% almost instantly and probably 15-20% in the next 10 days...itll be october all over again. the fed will lose all credibility not only in that they lied about not raisiing rates and 3 cuts in 24, but that they cant control inflation(which they cant anyway). the fed is making things much more expensive..the free-ish market would have brought inflation down naturally...now house mortgage payments are double the prices. car payments are up like 30-50%...and almost all of that is cuz of high interest rates.

$ABR common stock and preferred series 'D' were both up Wednesday. So was $ARR preferred series 'C' (I don't own any of their common stock). So was $CLM, $CRF, and $OXLC (I don't own any of their preferred shares)
